Contaminação

This protest was part of the anti-Bolsonaro demonstrations in Brazil. Brazilian artist Rivane Neuenschwander, together with Mariana Lacerda, brought a group of protesters dressed as real and imaginary animals—including parrots, pink river dolphins, six-legged beetles, and jaguars—into the streets of São Paulo to participate in demonstrations against the government of President Jair Bolsonaro.

Year: 2021–2022 (particularly during major anti-Bolsonaro protests leading up to the 2022 Brazilian presidential election)
