the LoCD Intervention Series, a program of site-specific artistic interventions that engage with questions of memory, resistance, social justice, collective experience, and social transformation in public space. Over three consecutive evenings, artists from Bangladesh, Mexico, India, and Iran, working across a range of disciplines will activate public sites across Vienna through performance, participation, embodied storytelling, healing rituals, and artistic interventions. The series explores themes of Climate justice, Queer Feminist resistance, collective memory, mourning, joy and solidarity, creating spaces for encounter, reflection and shared experience.
